A true hero. 9/11 first responder rescuer, Marine Staff Sergeant David Karnes was Dan's guest on Riverside DRIVE during the 4:00 pm (Central time) hour on Monday 9/11.
As a volunteer, Marine SSgt Karnes saved two Port Authority Officers who were trapped for over ten hours. (Their story is told in the movie, World Trade Center)
When others were retreating, he said he was “led by God” to move forward into the darkness and destruction. His testimony of answered prayers will encourage you.
